Manchester Jewish Museum Presents ‘Eat the Archives: Appetiser’
Feb 27 @ 7:00 pm

Join Theatre Chef Leo Burtin on an online culinary journey through our archives, where stories come alive through taste and you can join in from home in our February Trailblazer.

Cook your dish in advance using our recipe and together taste the dishes inspired by the stories in our archive as Leo tells you of the personal histories and lives behind each meal. Sign up early to receive your free spice kit so you can create your own dish at home. By sitting together (online), making together, and eating together, we will learn of the power of food as a way of rediscovering our past and sharing our own stories, as we taste the past, together.

A must for foodies who love stories as a side order.
