Rabbi Danny Bergson of St Anne’s Hebrew Congregation and JRC Stakeholder & Engagement Manager visited the Stoke-on-Trent and North Staffordshire Jewish community for an afternoon celebrating Jewish identity and culture.

Danny commented “the overall message was one of Jewish pride and resilience despite the current climate. Jewish music has a power to uplift, inspire and unite us around our shared values and beliefs.”

The last census showed that 400+ identify as Jews in the area.

The new JSoc President of Keele University also attended.

The JRC is committed to ensuring all its stakeholders in the wider region feel connected and represented.
