The JRC was well represented at the CT Lunch that took place yesterday in Manchester. this was an emotional occasion as they marked the terrorist attack on Yom Kippur and the appalling atrocity that took place in Sydney on Sunday.

These appalling acts underline the ongoing threats faced by the Jewish community and highlight the critical importance of the work carried out by the Community Security Trust. Their roles in safeguarding our way of life, monitoring antisemitism and working in close partnership with the police and authorities is more important than ever.

We would also like to place on record out sincere thanks to Greater Manchester Police whose Chief Constable spoke powerfully for their continued dedication to our safety.
