One of the key roles for the JRC is to arrange meetings with key stakeholders from outside the community. We continue to be proud of the innovative work of our communal partners who continually fill gaps in provision and operate at the highest levels across the health and social care sector.
This morning, we scheduled a discussion with the CEO of the University of Manchester NHS Foundation Trust, Mark Cubbon and Kimberley Salmon-Jamieson, the Chief Nursing Officer. They were hugely impressed with the vision to create charities who work in partnership with the NHS and contribute an immense amount to the Jewish community and wider society.
We are grateful for the opportunity to thank many individuals and departments for their longstanding support provided to the community whilst focusing on practical suggestions to improve services.
It was fantastic to be joined by The Fed, Camp Simcha UK, JNetics, Chai Cancer Care, Hatzola, Ezra Care, Refuah Care, Keren, Misaskim and Lev Chaim.
