JRC CEO, Marc Levy and Management Board member, Rabbi Daniel Walker joined communal leaders for a two day residential as part of the Dangoor Senior Leaders Programme at Cumberland Lodge in Windsor.

The conference was facilitated by the Windsor Leadership Programme who specialise in creating programmes to facilitate the development of senior leaders across society.

The gathering included 16 other members from diverse communal organisations alongside the DSLP team and expert facilitators. We joined together and assisted one another with recognising our strengths, celebrating achievements and giving advice as we all embark on our continued leadership journey.
