The pandemic has seen a change in both the commitment of volunteers and the roles that they are interested in taking on. Good practice in volunteer management remains the key to valuing volunteers and ensuring a positive and fulfilling experience for all concerned.
This four-part CPD accredited course is aimed at experienced volunteer managers who wish to develop their skills and advance volunteer management within their organisation. Each session will comprise a taught element and using tools and theories that support volunteer management. Delegates will work in facilitated groups to apply this learning to situations often encountered in volunteer management.
Delegates should have at least 3 years of experience in volunteer management or have completed four seminars in the series of Good Practice in Volunteer Management offered by JVN. Places are limited for this course.
