On Wednesday 9th February, 10:00 am – 11:30 am, we are running a bespoke online workshop led by Brenda Lewis from Brenda Lewis Consultancy & Training Ltd. During this interactive session participants will learn about the different types of bias and how unconscious biases can affect our decision making.

Brenda Lewis has substantial experience as an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion specialist and has worked with a variety of organisations in the voluntary, public and private sectors.

This workshop has been designed to support volunteer managers to reflect on the unconscious biases that we all hold and the assumptions we sometimes make about others.

£15 for members, £25 for non-members.
