Holocaust Memorial Day Trust Supporters Dinner

JRC Chair, Mark Adlestone OBE and Chief Executive, Marc Levy attended The Holocaust Memorial Day Trust Supporters Dinner held in Parliament. It was a particular honour to be in the presence of ten inspirational Holocaust survivors.

Sincere thanks to Sir Sajid Javid, Chair of Holocaust Memorial Day and Joani Reid MP for hosting this important occasion.

We were deeply moved by the opening remarks from Wes Streeting, Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, who spoke about the responsibility to never be a bystander, the vital importance of ensuring the lessons of the Holocaust are learned and the need to challenge antisemitism wherever it manifests across society.

He also reflected on the profound impact of hearing Holocaust survivor Mala Tribich, who was present in the room, following her address to Cabinet earlier in the week.
