Joint Commemoration of Kristallnacht and Presentation of The Fed My Voice

It was an immense privilege to be amongst Holocaust survivors as we coincided the commemoration of Kristallnacht with the presentation of additional The Fed My Voice whole life story books to the University of Manchester John Rylands Library, with the announcement of a formal educational partnership between the two organisations.  This will mean these important lessons about the holocaust are shared across Greater Manchester.

Powerful testimony was delivered by 100 year-old My Voice storyteller Marianne Phillips, who witnessed Kristallnacht along with poignant speeches from Mayor of Greater Manchester, Andy Burnham, the University of Manchester Vice Chancellor, Duncan Iveson and Professor Chris Pressler.

Well done to the team at The Fed for a moving and powerful event.
