Alongside the Community Security Trust and Antisemitism Policy Trust, it was a pleasure to hold a regular catch-up meeting with John Woodcock, Lord Walney earlier today.

For a number of years, he has been a strong and consistent supporter of our community. Since the terrorist attacks, and on every issue affecting the community, he has shown real moral clarity, courage and leadership.

It was good to have the opportunity to thank John for his support as he has been outspoken when it mattered most, standing firmly against extremism and speaking up for the value of tolerance and mutual respect.
