On Sunday 16th December, President Frank Baigel took part in a Chanukah menorah lighting ceremony in Albert Square Manchester. Frank addressed the assembled audience. He was joined by the Lord Mayor of Manchester  and Rabbi Avrom Jaffe  as well as leaders from the Chabad  community. [slideshow id=3]
