Our Chair, Mark Adlestone brought greetings from the Jewish community at the inauguration of the new Lord Mayor of Manchester, Cllr Paul Andrews. We look forward to showcasing the work of our communal charities and organisations to the Lord Mayor during his term of office.

This morning, we joined UJIA and the British Israel Chamber of Commerce as we listened to the inspirational Gadi Katz. Gadi spoke about his experiences serving in the Israel Defense Forces with a focus on the legalities of war and the extensive lengths taken to avoid civilian casualties.
