Over 800 people from the Greater Manchester Jewish community came together for a powerful service to commemorate the tragic events of October 7th.
We will remember all the victims of this atrocity and continue campaigning for the immediate release of the 101 hostages.
Thank you to all the team at UJIA for their work in organising a poignant event to mark this painful anniversary.
We heard moving and compelling testimony from Nitzan Schlesinger, whose father was a paramedic at the Nova Music Festival. He was murdered whilst treating those who were injured.
Eloquent speeches were also delivered by UK Lawyers for Israel Legal Director, Natasha Hausdorff, UJIA Regional Chair, Carmel Berke, Rachel Riley and JRC Chair, Mark Adlestone OBE.
