Our Community Stakeholder & Engagement Manager, Rabbi Danny Bergson visited UCLAN Jewish society. Although a small JSoc, consisting mainly of Jewish people, it also includes Christians who actively want to support a Jewish presence on campus, especially in light of the rise of antisemitism in general society.

Topics included the question of educational indoctrination in universities and how to navigate this through evidence based thinking and learning.

Moving forward, we hope to develop this group on a monthly basis during term time with a view to increasing the attendance as well as working with other societies with the aim of developing better relations and increasing Jewish pride on campus.
