The JRC and Heaton Park Synagogue were delighted to welcome Lisa Nandy, the Secretary of State for Culture, Media & Sport. Also present was Bury South MP, Christian Wakeford MP.

We discussed how the terrorist attack against the Synagogue has impacted our community and unequivocally conveyed the steps needed by Government to reassure Jewish people in the aftermath of the terrifying incident in Golders Green.

During this challenging time, we thank Lisa and Christian for being longstanding and steadfast friends of the Jewish community.
