Andrea Cohen is the South Manchester Lead on the JRC Management Board. In this capacity, she works collaboratively with COSMOS, Communities of South Manchester Orthodox Synagogues and the Reform synagogue to promote engagement and strengthen community partnerships, fostering cooperation and shared initiatives across the South Manchester congregations.

Andrea is Chair of Yeshurun Hebrew Congregation in Gatley, and serves as a Trustee of ORT UK, a charity that empowers the next generation to reach their goals through mentoring, employability skills training and work experience opportunities, with a particular interest in extending the ORT JUMP programme to schools outside the London area.

Professionally, Andrea is a Legal Director at Weightmans LLP in the Compl Solicitor Regulatory and Professional Discipline team, providing expertise, advice and training on risk and compliance, AML, professional ethics, disciplinary assistance etc. She brings her legal expertise and deep commitment to Jewish communal life to her voluntary roles, championing inclusion, strategic development and the next generation of community leadership.
