Leadership development remains a key priority for the JRC. Our Young Leadership Course, run in conjunction with UJIA, has been hugely successful. The work ensuring there is a leadership pipeline is of critical importance and we are fortunate to have so many young people willing to take on important roles within our community.

Yesterday, our CEO Marc Levy and Management Board members, Raphi bloom, Esty Bruck and Rabbi Daniel Walker participated in a fascinating discussion arranged by Lead – Inspiring Jewish Leaders. We joined current participants and alumni from the Adam Science and Dangoor Leadership courses who currently live in Manchester and Leeds.

The focus was on supporting each other’s leadership journeys whilst discussing ideas to ensure our communities remain strong and sustainable.

Earlier in the day, our CEO also spoke about the leadership we have provided post 7 October at a breakfast organised by Russell Conn at Eshel Collel Chabad.
