A presentation is made to outgoing President Lucille Cohen by former President Barbara Goldstone at 2012 AGM. Lucille served with distinction for two years and raised the profile of the Rep. Council. Lucille will be succeeded by Frank Baigel who was in the air on his way home from Italy.
